Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday

Today we have 2 time slots scheduled for any who would like to recognize Ash Wednesday by receiving ashes.  Ashes can be imposed on front steps of building or you may stay in your car if that is more convenient.  Anyone can participate in this action as, in declaring the start of Lent, we use the ashes as a Christian symbol of death, repentance of sins and purification.
